What to include
Include your name, contact phone number, and the data you want deleted. We may request additional information to verify identity.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. Data that must be kept for legal obligations may be excluded.
WhatsApp opt-out
If you only want to stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or an equivalent opt-out request.
