These terms apply to web, automation, CRM, and WhatsApp communication services provided by ibrastack.

Use of services

Customers must use the services in compliance with applicable law, Meta and WhatsApp policies, and anti-spam requirements.

WhatsApp messages are sent only to opted-in contacts, using approved templates and within the allowed messaging limits.

The customer is responsible for contact consent, lawful message content, and honoring opt-out requests.

Spam, misleading content, unauthorized advertising, unlawful use of personal data, and activities that violate Meta policies are prohibited.
